Roxanna C. Ramirez, MA, BCBA

Roxanna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field providing direct services to individuals diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities for 20 years. She received her Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from Our Lady of the Lake University and her Master of Arts Degree in Human Sciences also from Our Lady of the Lake University. She then received her Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas. Roxanna has a great deal of knowledge of Texas Medicaid Waiver programs to include the HCS (Home and Community Based Waiver Program), the Texas Home Living Program and the CLASS (Community Living Assistance and Support Services Waiver) as she first began her career as a QMRP and later assisted in establishing HCS provider agencies in the San Antonio and South Texas region. Roxanna also worked for Disability Rights Texas as a Developmental Disabilities Advocate where she represented students receiving 504 and Special Education services who were requesting a more inclusive learning environment. Roxanna also represented individuals residing in State Institutions such as the San Antonio State Supported Living Center, who were requesting to move out and live in the community with supports and services. Roxanna has been a member of the Behavior Keys team since 2001 as an In Home Parent Trainer, Behavior Therapist, ABA Supervisor and now as the Director of ABA Services.
