Occupational Therapist

Behavior Keys is looking for eager Licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) to provide Full-Time and Part-Time therapy to children/ adolescents diagnosed with a variety of disorders. Candidates will be working with children and their families in clinic settings throughout San Antonio. Please read the requirements below.

OT Duties:
Perform evaluation and treatment of pediatric and adolescent patients with a variety of diagnoses needing Occupational Therapy
Participate in co-treatments with other therapists
Maintain effective communication between staff, health care team members and family
Maintain thorough and accurate records, document client charges for billing purposes 
Maintain clean and organized work areas and participate in some marketing of services

OT Requirements:
Texas Occupational Therapy License issued by the Texas State Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners. 
Prefer membership in the AOTA
Hours: Flexible hours between 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. We will strive to accommodate your schedule
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to work independently under the supervision of the Director of Rehabilitation Services
Must be professional, self-motivated and energetic
Must be able to pass a federal level background check
Must have current basic life support training, by AHA (American Heart Assc.) or ARC (American Red Cross)
Must be willing to make a year commitment
Must know and use ‘People First’ language
Minimum of 1 year experience desired working with children with special needs

Board Certified Behavior Analyst 
(BCBA)

Behavior Keys is looking for an eager Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide 1:1 therapy to children/ adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as provide supervision to RBTs. Candidates will be working with children and their families in their homes, communities, and clinic settings throughout San Antonio. 

BCBA Duties:
Perform evaluation and treatment of clients with a variety of diagnoses 
Participate in co-treatments with other therapists
Maintain effective communication between staff, client team members, and family
Maintain thorough and accurate records 
Maintain clean and organized work areas 
Attend monthly team meetings

BCBA Requirements:
Must hold a current BCBA license with BACB
Must have Professional Liability Insurance
Must have reliable transportation
Must be physically and legally able to operate a vehicle
Hours: Between 8:00 A.M. – 7:00 P.M. We will strive to accommodate your schedule
Must be willing to work independently under the supervision of the Director of ABA Services
Must be professional, self-motivated and energetic
Must be able to pass a federal level background check
Must have current basic life support training, by AHA (American Heart Assc.) or ARC (American Red Cross)
Must be willing to make a year commitment
Must know and use ‘People First’ language
Minimum of 1 year experience desired working with children with special needs
